Returns & Exchange Policy
We aim to provide excellent customer service. Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product due to a fault, sizing issue, or other reason, you may be eligible for an exchange or gift voucher.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 14 calendar days from when you received your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
2. Conditions For Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange voucher, your item must meet the following conditions:
- • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and show absolutely no signs of wear, marks, or odors. It must be in the same, saleable condition as when you received it.
- • Tags Intact: The item must have all original tags and labels still attached.
- • Original Tags: The item must have all original tags and labels still attached.
- • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or a valid proof of purchase (e.g., an order confirmation email).
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:
- • Any item that shows visible signs of having been worn (e.g., makeup, deodorant marks, odors, or stretching), altered, or washed
- • Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional items (unless faulty)
- • Undergarments or accessories for hygiene reasons.
3. How To Initiate A Return Or Exchange
- • Contact Us: Send an email to [ayo&styles Email Address] within the eligibility window. Please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (or the new size/item you wish to exchange for).
- • Wait for confirmation: We will review your request and get back to you within a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Do not send the item back without an RA number.
- • Ship The Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the designated address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Gift Vouchers/Credit (In Lieu Of Refund)
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- • If approved: We do not offer monetary refunds for purchases. Instead, a Gift Voucher will be issued for the cost of the item (no [original shipping costs are non-refundable] within 7 business days. This voucher can be used toward any of our store.
5. Exchanges
If you are exchanging for a different size or colour of the same item, or opting for a Gift Voucher:
- • We will ship the replacement item to you, free of charge for the first exchange only.
- • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a Gift Voucher will be issued instead.
- • Exchanges for items of higher value will require you to pay the price difference.
6. Faulty Or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) at [Company Email] with clear photographs of the defect. We will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the faulty item and sending a replacement or issuing a Gift Voucher.
